NYC Building 1

I had few of these modular NYC style buildings laying around for a while and couldn't figure out how to present them. Eventually decided to make a mini scene for each of them and this is the first one, really tried to make the atmosphere and setting look believable and create the feeling of city, even tough this is a single building, Volumetric lights and HDRi image really help with this. The house is built using modular pieces, doors, windows, concrete decorations etc are using 2k texture set, the walls and base floor are using tileable 1k texture set
